  • The Computer Based Examination will be conducted in two tiers as indicated below:

  • All the sections of Tier-I are as follows::

    1. Duration of exam is 1 hour and for PwBD candidates duration of the exam is 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    2. Tier-I will consist of Objective Type, Multiple choice questions. The questions will be set both in English & Hindi except for English Comprehension.
    3. There will be 2.00 mark for each correct answer and negative marking of 0.50 for each wrong answer

    1. Tier-II will include conducting of Paper-I, Paper-II and Paper-III in separate shift(s)/ day(s).
    2. Paper-I is compulsory for all the posts.
    3. Paper-II will be for only those candidates who apply for the posts of Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) in the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation and who are shortlisted in Tier-I for these Posts
    4. Paper-III will be for only those candidates who are shortlisted in Tier-I for Paper-III i.e. for the posts of Assistant Audit Officer/ Assistant Accounts Officer.
    5. SSC CGL Tier-1 and SSC CGL Tier-2 exams are mandatory for all posts mentioned in the SSC CGL Notification while Tier-3 and Tier 4 are now canceled.
